For some reason, this Fall, I suddenly feel quite minimalistic, and want to dress in just a few colours–white, black, blue, grey, beige. I’m not so huge on prints right now, but I guess when I think about my closet, I guess I never really that crazy about them. Some may think paring my wardrobe down to a few colours might be boring, but I don’t think so.
Within this colour range, you can play so much with texture, and you will always look put together and classic. Ignoring the “fashion rule” of only wearing white until labour day, I’ve worn head to toe white this week. Regardless of the season, I think white jeans and outfits bring such a freshness to what can be considered the more drab seasons of Fall and Winter.
Fashion blogger, Elin Kling, has this look down pat, and seriously has me wanting everything in her closet right now. Minimal, well-chosen accessories and jewelry, and a simple colour palette with a lean towards menswear. Guess I should pick up some more pants.
