Looking back at all of the posts from this year, I realized just how many products we’ve actually reviewed–and there are a ton!
Originally, I was going to do a top 10 list, but there are so many great products old and new that I’ve loved.
Lipstick Queen in You Kid: At first I thought I was only selecting this one because it was the first nude lipstick that really looked good on me, but the packaging and formula for the whole range of Silver Screen lippies was outstanding.
MAC Ruby Woo: This one is an oldie, but somehow, I only tried it for the first time this year. Incredible staying power and an iconic, perfect shade of red. Everyone should own a tube of this.
Chanel Le Volume Mascara: My standby mascara now for pretty much the whole year. And that is saying a lot. Great formula and creates volume and length with ease.
Dior Star Concealer and Foundation: Creates a luminous complexion and I adore the concealer and use it every day. Great coverage with a natural finish.
Chanel Rouge Allure Gloss: Launched this fall, these glosses create a hit of colour with a few easy swipes. Plus, super chic packaging never hurt anyone.
Vichy Aqualia Thermal Serum: Another new launch, this one won me over instantly. Super silky texture, a dream to apply, and my skin was devastated as soon as I ran out. Creates plump and bouncy skin.
Vichy Aqualia Thermal Night Spa: Another newbie from this year, and another winner for Vichy! A super effective and again silky product that works double agent as a moisturizer or mask.
Biologique Recherche VIPO2 Serum: A little bottle that does so much for a complexion. That putting a layer of glass over your face that brings life to your skin and smooths the complexion.
Elta MD Clear Sunscreen: Feels like a moisturizer, but is a physical sunscreen offering SPF 46. Also contains ingredients to help soothe breakout-prone skin. I use it every. single.day.
Margaret Dabbs Footcare: I used to do nothing for my feet except go for a pedicure once in a while. This set has me filing, scrubbing and hydrating my feet on the regular. Plus, the foot cream is a dream and soaks in immediately.
Vichy Capital Soleil Invisible Mist: A body sunscreen that is super light, smells great and non-greasy. Vichy really killed it this year.
Kerastase Discipline: I love this entire range. Fights frizz and humidity without weighing hair down. My love for Kerastase has only grown in 2014.
Kerastase Ciment Thermique: This glaçage creates soft and silky hair that is easy to blow dry. A no brainer.
